A really deep one, if I may say so, and I really like it too, because in others words (less pretty) is that you mostly help yourself, if you're helping others, to get a good feeling, because you did something right, is I think the main purpose for helping others. Of course, it's for the other also great, because they gain happiness too, and want to do the same thing, and that makes then the enviroment you live in, does it not?
